Le Parfait Familia Wiss jars are traditionally used for preserving but these beautiful heavy duty jars lend themselves to many other uses.
The 500ml size is ideal for serving up condiments or use it as a serving dish for etnrees or desserts or serves of nuts and nibbles. It can also be used for small batch fermentation including sourdough starter. Just cover the top with some cheese cloth.
