This is the Presto 23-Quart Pressure Canner, imported directly from the Presto factory. Working directly with Presto, we specified a stainless steel induction compatible base, a dial pressure gauge and a 3-piece regulator – custom built exclusively for OzFarmer, a combination you won't find on any other Presto 23Qt sold in Australia. Everything else - the Air Vent/Cover Lock, Safety Fuse / Overpressure Plug - is the original Presto engineering, exactly as fitted on every Presto canner sold worldwide.
Best of both worlds - the "set and forget" convenience of the regulator, plus the reassurance of watching your exact pressure on the gauge, the whole way through.
