Le Pratique · Steam juicing · Made in France
A steam juicer extracts juice from fruit and berries using steam heat — no pressing, no mess, and no need to peel or stone most fruit first. The result is clear, naturally sterilised juice ready to bottle straight from the spout into preserving jars.
The Le Pratique Steam Juicer is made in France from heavy-gauge stainless steel and works on all stovetops including induction. It's the most efficient way to handle large fruit harvests — apples, grapes, elderberries, plums, quince, and more — producing juice, syrups, and jelly stock in quantity without a centrifuge or press.
Fruit sits in the top basket. Steam from boiling water below passes up through the fruit, extracting juice into the collection bowl. A silicone tube with clamp lets you drain directly into bottles or jars. Processing time varies — soft berries take 45–60 minutes, harder fruit like apples 60–90 minutes.
