The Familia Wiss full lid ensures a tight seal the first time for a long-term shelf life. Once heat treated, the full lid should be removed and stored for later use and short-term storage in the refrigerator once the seal has been broken.

100mm screw lids fit 350ml, 500ml, 750ml and 1000ml (standard) Le Parfait Familia Wiss Terrines. 
To be used with Le Parfait Familia Wiss 100mm sealing caps.
